Service List

A detailed management plan is written that will pass CSFS standards and allow landowners to receive agricultural tax status on their land in turn for completing proper management practices. Plan lasts 10 to 15 years with yearly inspections to ensure compliance. 40+ forested acres are required.

Forest Agricultural Tax Plans

Management plan written to American Tree Farm specifications. 10+ forested acres are required to qualify as a Tree Farm.

American Tree Farm Plans

Will aid the landowner in negotiating contracts for work to be completed on property.

Timber Sale/Service Contract Setup

CFM will visit your property to determine the levels of insects and disease on your forested property.  A report outlining treatment options and treatment contact information will be provided.
