WAL-MART UPDATE

Earlier this year Wal-Mart considered abandoning its construction of a
store at 72nd and Sheridan. After some maneuvering,
the project has been resusicitated with the following important
caveats:
- A plan to have 6 Stoplights between 68th and 76th on
Sheridan was initiated Without public input. Please contact:

- The tire and lube shop that was planned has now been abandoned.
- The Car Wash that is currently on the site is having its access
diminished.
- Environmental studies HAVE NOT been completed.
