COURT CANCELLATION POLICY

2007 Winter Mix:
To avoid court cost, a 72 hour cancellation notice must be addressed to
Columbia Association.
Court cost: $15.00 per player - $90.00 per team – One check, charge or cash totaling $90.00
To avoid court cost {home team and visitors} please adhere to this
court cancellation policy.

ADULT GENDER:
To avoid court cost, a 72 hour cancellation notice must be addressed to Columbia
Association.
Indoor court time: $60.00 per team – 2 hour block. $15.00 per hour - per court.
If both team captains agree, any match can be played outdoors. If not, Athletic
Club: #3D plays outdoors at
Owen Brown bubble: All 5 teams play indoors.
How to divide indoor court
cost is left to each individual team.
Note: In case of a rainout for 3D – no charge for
indoor court time.
Any match in progress that is rained out will play
indoors at no charge. Please note time left to complete the match and report to
Liz Baker {Howard County League
Coordinator} to be included on the rainout
schedule.
