Description: Flash Player is not working correctly on web pages such as www.comcast.net.

Symptoms: The Flash Player content on www.comcast.net is not displaying.

Goal: Uninstall Flash Player*.

1. Go to Macromedia's homepage: www.macromedia.com Scroll down to the "Shortcuts" section in the middle of the page. Click on Download Flash Player.



2. On the right side of the page under "Flash Player Help" click Macromedia Flash Player 7 Support Center.



3. Under the "Flash Player Quick Help" click on How can I uninstall the Flash Player?



4. Then click Where can I find general instructions on how to remove my Flash Player?



5. Click the file uninstall_flash_player_osx.hqx to download the installer.



6. Internet Explorer's Download Manager will open and the file will download. The default download location is the Desktop.



7. Locate and double click on the filed named Uninstall Flash Player OSX.



8. Click the Continue button.



9. After the process is completed Flash Player will be removed from the Mac.
