Finding System Requirement Information in Mac OS 10.3.x

1. Click on the Apple Menu and select About This Mac.



2. When the About This Mac window opens you will find:
   • Operating system version
   • Amount of Memory (RAM)
   • Processor type and speed



3. Click the red circle when finished to close the About This Mac window.
4. Highlight the hard drive icon by clicking once on it.
5. With the hard drive icon highlighted, click on the File menu and select Get Info.



6. When the Info window opens you will find:
   • Hard drive capacity
   • Available hard drive space
   • Total used space



7. Click the red circle when finished to close the Info window.
8. When this procedure is completed you will know available hard drive space, amount of RAM, and processor speed.
