This page has a walk through for checking the TCP/IP properties and ensuring they are set properly to work with CHSI.

1. Click Start --> Settings and choose Control Panels.



2. Locate and double click on the icon
3. Click once to highlight the TCP/IP protocol and click the Properties button.



4. If not already there, click the IP Address tab and be sure the radio button is set to Obtain an IP address automatically.



5. Click on the DNS Configuration tab and ensure that the radio button is set to Disable DNS.



6. Click OK and save the changes if necessary.
