This page has a walk through for checking the TCP/IP properties and ensuring they are set properly to work with CHSI.
- Click Start --> Settings and choose Control Panels.
- Locate and double click on the
icon
- Click once to highlight the TCP/IP protocol and click the Properties button.
- If not already there, click the IP Address tab and be sure the radio button is set to Obtain an IP address automatically.
- Click on the DNS Configuration tab and ensure that the radio button is set to Disable DNS.
- Click OK and save the changes if necessary.
