COME, WALK describes my preparation and participation in the Seattle Breast Cancer 3 Day Walk.   In addition to my training trials and tribulations, there are personal stories contributed by individuals whose lives have been forever affected by breast cancer.  Also included in the book is a section on breast health.  To encourage others to get involved-perhaps even doing a 3 Day Walk of their own-a training log is provided.

The book costs $24.95 (plus s/h if needed) with 100% of net proceeds going towards the following:
