Why Stay At Our Treasure Island Condo?

There are a lot of condos to chose from in Panama City Beach.

There's more here than just the beach,

We think our condo is a great place to hang out and relax.

Inside

This condo is set up for comfort and convenience:
- there's a pit group instead of just a sofa
- there's no pointy edges on the stools and chairs to make you uncomfortable
- the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils
- the mattresses on the beds are so good, we bought some for our own home.


Treasure Island has roomier floor plans than many other condos.
There's plenty of room to lay around and watch TV,
you won't feel like you are sitting too close to the television.





We have a Samsung 34 inch HDTV in the living room and HDTV channels from Comcast. The DVD player is part of the audio system, so it's easy to play the DVD sound over the large speakers.

Do you like to listen to music? We do. We didn't want to drag our CDs to the condo just to play them on a boom box. We have some very good sounding audio systems in the living room and master bedroom for your enjoyment. The Comcast digital music channels can also be played on the audio system so you can pick your favorite channel and listen to it on a real audio system, not just over the TV speakers.



There's plenty of room to eat at the counter and at the dining table. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you'll need:
- chip bowls, cookie sheets, plenty of pots and pans,
- quality dishes, the knives and forks don't rust and bend,
- wine and beer glasses, large coffee mugs.

Outside

Why is the view so good?

Treasure Island is actually built at an angle to the beach, providing a panoramic view of the beach without having to hang over the railing.

What does the neighborhood look like?

Where Is Treasure Island?

Treasure Island is at the east end of Panama City Beach, near the Grand Lagoon and St. Andrews State Park. It's a bit quieter at this end, and more scenic.

What's Nearby?

We're located near some very good seafood restaurants on the Grand Lagoon. We're just less than a block from Schooner's if you want to eat and drink on the beach. There's even a Nicklaus Design golf course nearby.

Also, many of the local cruises leave from this area.

When is a good time to come?

Whenever you want. Most visit in the summer months and then over the winter. Spring and fall are great times to visit also. The weather is great and there's still plenty to do. Here's the monthly average temperatures.
