Both the communicator and its Personal Help Button (PHB) constantly perform self-tests and report problems directly to Lifeline-qualified monitoring operations.

All connections are clearly labeled with color matched connectors for easy installation and quick over the phone trouble shooting.Voice prompts quickly reveal to a subscriber or installer an off hook extension or disconnected power cord. The unit’s low maintenance battery does not require charging before installation and is unaffected by full discharge.
