Labor charges:
(Parts are extra)

$79 per hour if you bring your computer to our workshop. For some problems, the work needs to be done in our workshop.
You must bring the computer to us and pick it up in order to get this rate.
$99 per hour if we come to your location and work on a stand alone computer (no networking involved)
We start charging once we arrive at your location. Parts are extra.
$115 per hour for networking setup or troubleshooting at your location.
(One hour minimum) 
A Travel fee is changed for onsite work. This depends on the distance and time  Usually about $10 to $35 within Boulder County.
Long travel distance may be extra
(Prices may change at any time)
Networking is more than stand alone system
Emergency immediate service may be extra
Data Recovery may be extra

Certain types of operating systems 
may be extra.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

Our workshop is located in the Erie/Lafayette area near Hwy 287 and Arapahoe. About 5 miles from downtown Boulder or Longmont, Colorado.  Sometimes you can also drop off your computer at one of our technician's offices in downtown Boulder.
You will need to call us first to let us know what time you will be coming to drop it off, and to get directions.
If you have all your original  CD's and manuals that came with your computer when you first bought it, this will help us if we need to use it.
(We don't always need it but if we do, it will save some time)
If you are bringing a laptop make sure that you bring the power cord that plugs into the wall electrical outlet and any attachments, such as a external drive, etc.
If you are bringing a desktop computer  you only need to bring the computer itself.  Don't bring the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or power cords. We don't need them.
