Stacey Praniewicz
Stacy is a graduate of UMBC with a degree in Modern Languages and Linguistics, German concentration, and a certificate in Russian. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of two honor societies, but hopes to attain a degree in Dietetics from College Park. Now 22, she began dancing at age 4, and has studied Ballet, Modern, Tap, Jazz, and Belly Dance. She discovered Pilates a few years ago, and has been studying it in earnest since June under Sharon Tringali, which led her to seek a teaching certification.

Ruth Lathe (Pilates)
Ruth began her study of classical Pilates in 2002 under the tutelage of Romana Kryzanowska's teachers at Goucher College. Inspired by progress and eager to deepen understanding of the Method, Ruth entered Power Pilates training programs and has completed Systems 2. Ruth has taught a variety of fitness classes since 1980 and is an American Council on Exercise ("ACE") certified group fitness instructor. Ruth's passion is mat Pilates which she practices and teaches regularly. Ruth continues professional Pilates education by taking lessons from Metamorphosis owner, Sharon Tringali, and attending Power Pilates workshops.

D'alan is certified through the Columbia Yoga Center. He teaches Hatha style and is a registered RYT instructor.
Katie Birger (Yoga)
Katie Birger is a yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching group fitness and yoga classes for 15 years and is the Fitness Coordinator for UMBC's recreational sports and fitness program. Katie recieved her training through Yogafit and is also an AFAA certified group fitness instructor.
