Cook to Order, Inc. is a small business with three
different culinary-oriented specialties: Cook to Order, Inc. is owned and operated by Denise Drower Swidey. She's been on the cooking staff of Ming Tsai's PBS show "Simply Ming," since its inception, and serves as executive studio chef for its fifth season. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, New York, she has been on the pastry staff of Rialto and cooked behind the scenes on several Food Network shows. In addition, she tests recipes for The New York Times Magazine, and is a contributing columnist for the Boston Globe Magazine’s cooking section. Denise received a Wine Spectator Magazine Award and is also a graduate of Tufts University. In the News:
