1. The National Federation of State High Schools rules shall govern the meet.
2. Only spikes of ¼” or less will be permitted on all track and jumping surfaces.
3. Fully automatic timing (FAT) will be used.
4. The 100m, 100m hurdles, and 110m hurdles will be run in trial heats with the fastest 8 times advancing to finals.
5. All other races will be contested as a final. Places will be based on time.
6. All competitors in the long jump, triple jump, shot put, javelin, and discus will be given 4 jumps or throws. We will not hold trials and finals. Every athlete gets 4 attempts.
7. No javelins may be thrown in any area except the designated javelin field.
8. A coaches meeting will be held at 9:00 at the tent near the finish line. Scratches for all running events will be taken at this time. All field event scratches will be taken at the field event. There will be no meet day additions!
9. Starting heights for the high jump (girls: 4-0, boys 5-0) and for the pole vault (girls: 6-0, boys: 8-0).
10. Relay teams must be listed on an index card. Please list first and last names of all relay members. The card should be given to the clerk at check-in.
11. Starting blocks will be provided.
12. Competitors and coaches only are permitted on the infield. Spectators and athletes not participating in an event or checking in for an event should remain in the stands or the tent area.
