I went with a triple A-pillar pod
setup. The gauges
are all Autometer Pro-Comp Ultra
Lite's. I got my
gauges from Summit Racing.
Boost, Fuel pressure and Intercooler
H20 Temperature.
I have observed ~80 PSI on the fuel gauge and ~ 10.5 PSI
on the boost
gauge during Wide Open Throttle runs.
The backlighting of the gauges is green and is tied into
the illumination
circuit of the vehicles dimmer switch.
The choices were no color (white), red or
green.
The boost gauge is mechanical, the fuel gauge is electrical.
Here is a shot of how the boost gauge hooks up in the
engine bay. A
white, plastic "T" fitting, is placed in the stock fuel
pressure vacuum line.
Here is a pic of how the fuel pressure sender gets hooked
up in
the engine bay. I put together a brass "T" and placed
it in
the fuel rail crossover line. It was the most convenient
place for
me and I really like the way it turned out.
