RULES: This is a non-vetted show; no veterinary inspection will be required prior to benching. The show will be conducted according to the American Cat Fanciers Association (ACFA) show rules, which are available for $7.00 from the ACFA Central Office, P.O. Box 1949, Nixa, MO 65714-1949. Phone (417) 725-1530. The rules are also available on the ACFA web site, http://www.acfacat.com.

HEALTH: The Omni Center has requested that you bring your cats’ health records with you. The club strongly advises that all cats and kittens be immunized against feline enteritis, calici virus, and rhinotracheitis at least three weeks prior to the show. Any animal from a cattery or house where there has been any infectious or contagious illness within 21 days prior to the show will not be allowed in the show hall. Entries must be free of fleas, ear mites, and fungus (ringworm). The show management will remove any cats that show signs of contagious illness or disease. All claws must be trimmed; if claws are not trimmed, it will be done at the show at the exhibitor's expense.

LIABILITY: Neither the show management, the Coulee Region Cat Club, any member of the club, nor the Omni Center will be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or accidents to animals or property or assume liability whatsoever for injury, loss, or damage to any person, animal or property. We reserve the right to refuse any admission and to remove any person or animal from the show hall in the best interest of the show and exhibitors.

CHILDREN: This show is for the display and competition of cats. While well-behaved children are welcome, two days at a show can be very boring and tiring for them. If an exhibitor or spectator does bring a disruptive child to the show hall, the child will be asked to leave. There will be no refund of entry or admission fees.

SUPPLIES: The club will provide litter. Bring your own food and water dishes, cat food, and litter pans.

CAGES: Single cages (included with entry fee) are 22x22x25. Double cages are 22x22x54. Grooming spaces are 22x22x54.
Novice exhibitors: Please bring coverings for the top, sides, and bottom of the cage.

SALES CAGES: Sales cages are available to exhibitors only. Minimum price for cat/kitten sales is $150.00 No kittens are to be sold from carriers under tables or from vehicles in the parking lot.

KITTENS: No kittens under the age of four months will be allowed in the show hall.

HOUSEHOLD PETS: Household pets will be judged in all eight rings. They must be immunized at least three weeks prior to the show, and if they are over eight months old, they must be spayed or neutered. Although household pets may be declawed, all remaining claws must be trimmed.

AWARDS: The show will be scored for ACFA Inter-American and Regional awards. Cats must be present to receive final wins unless excused by the show manager prior to the closing time of the show.

TRANSFERS: Transfers for the show on Sunday must be made with the master clerk during the show on Saturday. No transfers will be accepted Sunday unless entered for Sunday only. All championship entries should be registered at the time of the show.
Novice exhibitors: If your cat wins enough points on Saturday, you may need to make a transfer. We’re happy to help you.

FOOD: People food will be available in the show hall. Exhibitors are discouraged from bringing their own food.
