A nod to the north

As we crossed Puget Sound it occurred to me that the Strait of Juan de Fuca was out there, somewhere, so I took this picture in the general direction. The strait does connect to the sound (duh) but it was not as close as I expected (doh). That smoky thing to the left of center is a ship.
