The Steel Pig

For some reason I got this craving for barbecue, I mentioned it to Les (most recently from Virginia and an aficionado of the barbecued flesh) and we suddenly were on a quest. Askign around, the hands down favorite for good barbecue was the Steel Pig. It opens at 11:45 but we got there about 11:30 and had to wait until the door opened.
