The View from the Balcony

And here is what you see on a clear, sunny day. Dead center is Lake Washington with Redmond beyond and a little to the left. The smokestack to the left is from the university's plant operations complex. Behind that, in the trees is the IMA (UW very posh student recreation center) while, two the right is Husky Stadium and, faintly visible beyond the right side of that is Mount Rainier. Downtown Seattle is out of sight over the hills to the right.
