Parish Council
This group of elected members seeks to promote a dialogue between the laity and the priests to reach decisions regarding spiritual and organizational matters of the local parish. The group is advisory in nature. Various committees are represented on the council to serve the pastor in the administration and management of the parish including liturgical, physical property, social, and educational affairs. Registered parishioners should make their desire to serve on council known to the parish office during the beginning of the New Year. The election is held in the month of May and, if elected, the term of office is for four years. This year the parish council meetings will usually be the second Monday of every month at 7:00 in the Parish Hall unless there is a holiday. Then, the council will meet the next day, Tuesday.
