MidTown Rules -- Man Overboard A bonus of 10,000 points will be added to your score for each round you clear with a "last card save." You must announce "Man Overboard" in chat and make sure your opponent acknowledges that you are on your last card BEFORE you click the last card and attempt to clear the board. If you clear the board (advance to next round) with the last card, you must announce the save in chat (i.e. "man saved") and make sure your opponent acknowledges the save BEFOREcontinuing. Failure to do so will result in loss of bonus. Keep a tally of men saved during your game, as you may clear more than one round using the last card in a game (i.e. "man saved 2," "man saved 3"). Saving a man refers only to clearing your board and advancing to next round - it does not refer to the number of individual cards cleared. Example: Player 1 scores 21,500 with 2 last cards saves. Player 1's score would then be: 21,500 + (2 x 10,000)= 41,500. All scores must be posted in chat in the following format: score + (rounds times bonus) = total. (21,500 + (2 x 10,000) = 41,500) PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO HIT THE FINISH BUTTON WHEN YOU ARE DONE PLAYING YOUR GAME SO YOUR OPPONENT HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO VERIFY YOUR SCORE. All rounds will consist of 3 games each, including the final round.Once tourney starts, Players will have 5 minutes to begin their first game. No-shows will be reported as a loss. Player listed on top of bracket starts first. ALL scores are to be announced and acknowledged in chat by everyone playing in the tourney. All losses are to be reported on TOURNEY PAGE ONLY!! If you have to type in a name, you are reporting on the wrong page! If a Player is disconnected from Hermanubis for any reason, Player must start game over. Unless INVITED by their opponent to do otherwise. If a Player has to reboot, they will have 8 minutes to return to Hermanubis. Multiple reboots may result in disqualification from tournament play and a loss being posted for that Player at the discretion of the Tournament Director. While playing your game, if your OPPONENT is booted - you must halt play immediately and contact the hosting TD, who will then verify your score. Failure to do so will result in replay of your game. No Player is allowed to play in a league match while playing in the tournament. Any Player found doing so will be disqualified from the tournament immediately!! GOOD LUCK TOWNIES!
