In this tournament you will have up to 72 hours to complete each round of pairings in your own time.<br><br> <ul><li>All rounds will be Standard 3 games format. Three games each with highest cumulative total winning. <li> Once the tournament is closed and pairings are posted you can contact your opponent by email or Yahoo messenger to determine when a good time is to play your match. <li>If after 48 hours you have not been successful in contacting your opponent you must contact the hosting TD by email. The TD will then email your opponent, informing them that they have 24 hours to complete the match. If he/she fails to reply and complete the match in the allotted time you will be advanced. <li>After all matches for that round have been completed the new Standings will be posted and sent to your email. <li>You must report your losses on the TOURNEY PAGE ONLY <br><br> <ul><li>Always make sure your Opponent has entered your room before beginning your game. If you start before your Opponent enters your room, you must restart your game. <li>If you were not in an Opponent's room before they started their game, you must notify them <b>before they finish and post their score</b> for that game. If you <b>do not</b> notify your Opponent <b>before they have posted their score</b>, then that posted score will stand and they will not have to re-start their game. <li>Player listed on top of bracket starts first. <li><b>ALL</b> scores are to be announced <b>and</b> acknowledged in Hermanubis chat by everyone playing in the tourney. <li>If a Player is in the middle of a game and gets disconnected from Hermanubis room for any reason, then that Player must start their game over. Unless INVITED by their opponent to do otherwise. </b> <li>While playing your game, if your OPPONENT is booted - you must immediately contact any other member in MidTown who is willing to enter your game and verify your score. <b>Failure to do so will result in replay of your game, when you’re opponent returns.</b> </ul><br><br><br> <b><center><font size=+1>GOOD LUCK TOWNIES!</font></center></b><br><br><br> </TR></TABLE></CENTER>
