| August 11, 2008 | Out came the transmission, drive shaft, rear shocks, rear end, rear wheel, engine, front end and front wheel. It was all in pieces. |

| August 27, 2008 | Took the frame, center stand, front end and rear swingarm to Ed Carlson for paint. |
| Sept 5, 2008 | Got the frame and other parts back from Ed and left him the fenders, tail light, headlight other small parts to paint and strip. |
| Sept 5, 2008 | Had a small dent in the NOS tank. I took it to Dent Busters. They could not get it out. They will try again when it is on the bike. |
