I would like to tell you that I have been looking for an author that measures up to my favorite author J.R.R. Tolkien. I just started reading Isildur and I know that I will finish it because I can't stop reading it. I have been waiting for a story that helps to explain some of the history of Middle Earth. I read The Silmarillion, but it wasn't a story but a history book. With your book I can read a story about the history. You are the only other author that I have ever read that has the talent of the original Tolkien. I have been looking around for about a year and I finally found the story Isildur. I am a student at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science at the University of Ljubljana (the capital of Slovenia) and as I was surfing on the internet last night I found your novel Isildur. Well, some time ago I read Tolkien's Lord of the Ring and I LOVED it!! I read the whole book in four days. I just couldn't stop reading. And when I finally finished I was... how should I say... sad.
