In the movie,
White Men Can't Jump,
Wesley Snipes says to
Woody Harrelson,
"You can't put a cat in the oven, and expect to get biscuits." But that's what some of us are trying to do with our lives. We aren't putting the correct things into our experience, so that we can come out of it having what we wanted. Example: Your brother comes to town and wants to take your son, Little Johnny, to a local baseball game. You say; "Great! While you take Johnny to the baseball game, I'm going to the movies. See ya!." And then you leave. Well your brother has never been to the new city where you live, and Johnny is only ten. Your brother, has no idea where the game is being played. This lack of clarity, will make a level of misery for both your brother and your son. And when you get back from the movies, you're gonna hear about it! Which will then hamper the movie you just enjoyed and the rest of the evening. What's the point? The Point Is: No Clear Direction was asked from your brother before you left, and You offered no Clear Direction to him. All anyone said and heard was "going to the baseball game". No One went to the baseball game. Now, most of us most certainly would have the where with all to not let the above example take place in that way. SO? Why won't we take that same care with the desires we want manifested for our own personal lives, which quite often involves spilling over into the lives of others? Why is giving exact directions for other's lives any different than us giving ourselves clear direction for our own lives? You can't get off the hook with self-worth issues here. This is about teaching ourselves how to manifest, successfully! Manifesting successfully, is not the same as general goal setting. There is a unique application of light energy in applying manifesting skill development. As we are able to do that, then any cop-out reasons we give ourselves falling under the lack of self-worth category are tossed out the window. When we are getting what we want in our lives, by the power of our purposeful design, then we don't care about self-worth "issues". This is about "purposeful design". It is about teaching ourselves levels of higher manifesting skill development. It is about, you can't put a cat in the oven and expect to get biscuits!
