Very little convincing was needed for my grandson to assist with preparing a home for a couple of new plants. Of course he plays like every 2 year old but this lil man is often very meticulous and logical in the way he turns "work" into "play". He has his own set of little, plastic hand tools for digging and cultivating but still has trouble gripping the handles for any serious excavation so I helped with filling the container prior to his trip through the garden to deliver the soil to the new site.
