Welcome to my website. I am Patrick
Murphy, a.k.a. Crisisman. I am many things to many people. My
many hats include being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints, a husband, a bus driver, a brother, a friend, a
gun owner, a pet owner, a lover of fast cars and an avid gamer.
On the family front, I have
a wife, a cat, and many, many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and
in-laws.
On the
gaming front, I play everything from Third Reich, the board game, to some
of the latest computer games, like Starfleet Command,
Neverwinter Nights and Hearts of Iron.
My personal favorites are still old fashioned miniatures games. The
computer just can't match the experience of playing with real, 3D, hand
painted, miniatures while standing face to face with your enemy.

My
handle comes from a game some friends and I have developed and played from
the early 1980s. It is called Crisis. As the lead guy I became
Crisisman. It has stuck ever since. |
