Ursuline 59, Caesar Rodney 53: In a game played Saturday, the Raiders held off the Riders behind Katie Mills' 26 points. Mills scored eight in the final 3:30.

Mills' basket midway through the fourth gave Ursuline the lead for good. It was the junior's 1,000th career point.

Sonsecharae Everson and Jaimie Brittingham led CR with 12 points each.

The Riders led 12-9 after the first quarter behind six points by Katie Miller. The game was tied 23-23 at halftime.

The Riders (13-4) had a balanced attack with Nakia Anderson and Micki Younger scoring 10 each and Miller adding eight.

Miller also contributed six steals, six assists and five rebounds while Younger had 10 rebounds for the Riders. The Raiders held a 49-34 advantage on the boards.
