This cruise was a last minute decision for us. My wife had planned to do a ship inspection in Fort Lauderdale in February and made arrangements for hotel and flights. When she got the notification that the inspection was cancelled, I was on a business trip in Fort Lauderdale. She called me and said it was cancelled and said now we need to find something else to do that week. So, she did a cruise search and found out that Zenith still had cabins available and in fact, had a one day sale on them. She booked Zenith Suite 1021.

There was a small Cruise Critic Roll Call group chatting, so we introduced ourselves. We met onboard in the Coval Lounge just before the muster drill. Throughout the cruise, we kept meeting our new friends. Since this was a short cruise, there was no official Connections party, but that didn't stop us.

We've been to the Western Caribbean before. We love shopping in Grand Cayman . There's lots to do in Key West, FL even if you've been there before. Read on to learn about our cruise.
