When planning our summer vacation, we looked for a cruise for August, 2003. It was my turn to celebrate my 50th birthday, so a special cruise was in order. We celebrated my wife's 50th on a Hawaiian cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas.

In 2001. we were in Europe on 9/11. We decided to book another European cruise, this time going to the Northern parts of Europe including Denmak and Sweden. Celebrity Cruise Line has become our favorite line, and the Constellation has a wonderful itinerary for this part of Europe.

Our cabin, 8074, was a Premium Ocean-view room with veranda on the Panorama Deck. We like to get rooms in the middle of the ship and also sandwiched by stateroom floors above and below us. That makes for an enjoyable, peaceful cruise.
