There are two team events: the team scramble and the putting
contest.  Each team must use at least two drives from each player. 
Please note the driver's name for each hole on the score card.  For
the putting contest, a putting order must be established for the
team and all putts will be taken in that order. There will be a
prize for each event's winning team.  Have fun!!
