CSCGL99 will play all USGA rules, except that you may roll over your
ball in your own fairway;  you may rake out a lie in a footprint in a
sandtrap and take a drop; and all "out of bounds" penalties are stroke
only, not stroke and distance.

CSCGL "temporary green" rule: 2 putt limit once you are on the green. 
You may elect to putt for a shot at a 1-putt.Handicap stroke
distribution will occur in accordance with the hole rankings on the
card.

CSCGL format of play is medal play within the 4-some with 1 point
awarded for each player you beat and match play between the 1st & 2nd
golfer and between the 3rd & 4th player for 3 points each. Max points
per night is 6.  We count the best 6 scores of each 8 week half.
