NOTE: I made a correction to last weeks score. The Jeff McGarry, Bob Celmer and George Chin group was not scored properly. The group should have been processed as a threesome instead of the foursome that I entered it as. The correction means that Jeff McGarry receives 6.0 pts (instead of 5.0), George Chin got 3.5 pts (instead of 2.5) and Bob Celmer got 1.0 (instead of 0.0)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Bob won his match over Steve Dove 1 Up while shooting a 55 (44 Net) to win 1 Medal Point for a total of 4 Points and he finished the Half with 30 points. Steve Dove shot a 37 (34 Net) and won 2 Medal points and he finished in 2nd place with 28.5 points. Bob had 3 Pars on his card which helped put him over the top even though Steve had a 7 Par, 2 bogey round! It was a good match!

I have posted the Results, Standings and Low Net pages for the Final Week of the 1st Half. For those of you who have SnapView program installed on their PC, you can view the Results file the way it prints out on the Printer. It's a lot cleaner than the version I post to the webpage.

Announcing FUN_NITE for 10_JULY_2000. I think that we will take 3_JULY_2000 as a CSCGL Holiday. I will do the scheduling for the 4-player scramble. I need someone to setup the putting contest. This person's team will be the first to tee off.

I have posted the Results, Standings and Low Net pages for week 7. I have also created a version of the standings that include the maximum number of points attainable by each player for the first half if they win 6 points next week. This shows that only Steve Dove, Bob Celmer and Blair Rothermel are still in the running for the 1st half title. Good Luck to all next week! (2000/06/20)

The first night of the season is re-scheduled for April 24. See you then. Please send notice of any cancellations for any upcoming weeks. I'll re-issue the schedule Wednesday if there are any updates, otherwise the schedule will remain essentially the same.
