I'm penciling-in Monday, 9/25/00 for FUN_NITE_II. This will be a 2 golfer 9-hole scramble. You can enter as a single or a team. If a team, preferably a single digit handicap with a double digit handicap. I have a formula for pairing players and assigning team relative handicaps.

This is the 5th week of the 2nd half. It looks like we will be playing until at least September 18 to get our 8 week 2nd half completed. This will be followed by the President's Cup play-off between the 1st half winner, Bob Celmer, and the as yet to be determined 2nd half winner. We are still open for suggestions such as FUN_NITE II, a pairs scramble format and a road trip golf outing. Local courses suggested so far have been Cream Ridge, Rancocas Valley, Mays Landing, Buena Vista, Town & Country Golf Links and Holly Hills.

1. REMINDER #1 : Please notify the scheduler as soon as you know you will be missing. It is no fun for anyone to do real-time scheduling on Monday evenings.
2. REMINDER #2 : Please help us eliminate SLOW PLAY. It is no fun for anyone to stand around in the HOT sun watching excessive practice swings and waggles.
3. Key Ready Golf Rules:
1. Stay within one shot of the group in front of you
2. Hit when ready and SAFE (No honor system).
3. Continue putting until you hole out.
4. Limit search for lost balls to 3 minutes.
5. Have your group watch where each shot goes.
6. Place your clubs between green and the next tee when you get on the green.
7. Study your putt while others are putting.
8. Leave the green immediately after holing out; mark score on the way
to the next tee.
