There are two team events: the 9-hole team scramble and the 
putting contest.  Each team must use at least 2 DRIVES from
each player.  Please note the driver's name on the scorecard.
For the putting contest, a putting order is established and
all putts will be taken in that order.  There will be a prize
for each event's winning team.  Have fun!
