The match was played on Monday, September 18th at Ramblewood CC. George won the match 3 and 2. Recap and scorecard to be posted soon. (2006/09/19) Congratulations to the team of John Nottage and Dave Cerami for winning Fun Nite II. They shot a 25 net for -11. They beat out the teams of Tony and Chris Palazzo and Paul Hessler & Ed Tomasch who both shot 26 (-10). Fun Nite 2 results:

Pete and George both finished the season with 60.5 points. Pete won the first half with solid, consistent play and garnered 31.0 points. Pete had a strong start in the second half, but faltered at the end and finished second with 29.5 points. After a slow start in the first half, George finish strong and placed T-4th with 28.5 points. George then had a solid second half, winning matches in 4 of the last 5 weeks to take the Second Half title with 32 points. (2006/08/21)
George shot a 44 with 2 birdies to win the match against Pete Puzio and pulled out the second half Title with 32 points. Pete finished second with 29.5 points while John Dworniczak and Dick Ditullio finished Tied-3rd with 28 points. Pete Puzio pulled out the First Half Championship by 0.5 points over Lou Rebecca. Pete halfed his match with Blair Rothermel, but shot a 35 Net to win the 3 medal points he needed for the title. In the other match, Ralph Miller knocked off Lou, but could not gain enough medal points to win the half. Meanwhile, John Nottage and Dave Cerami both struggled on a few holes each that cost them both their matches. Again, congrats to the newbie. There is a good battle for the 1st half championship, including 6 players who have a chance to win the title. Because of small throw-out scores, Lou Rebecca and John Nottage have the best chance to win the first half. But Ralph Miller, Pete Puzio, Blair Rothermel and Dave Cerami all have a chance. F.Y.I. The CSC Golf League for 2006 will start on Monday, April 10, 2006. We will be returning to Ramblewood Country Club. The price is the same as last year: $20.00 for greens fee & cart. The Blue course greens were ALL re-sodded. The Blue will be closed until at May at the earliest. The plan is to re-do the greens on the other nines over the next 2 years. We got a promise that RCC will leave the drinking water out until 7:30. RCC has also promised to start us on any open nine, i.e., we don't all have to be on the same nine. Please respond with any new information, such as telephone numbers, lack of interest, etc. Dick DiTullio 2005 Statistics Here is the final handicap list from the 2005 season.
