1980 Yamaha YZ-465G...IV
*sigh*
Yadda yadda, I bought ANOTHER YZ465.
Sheesh, talk about "stuck in a rut!"
Twenty billion dirt bikes out there, and all I ever buy is the 1980 YZ-465G.
"Take one moderately complete 465, imported direct from The People's Republic of Kalifornia,
Strip it down and bolt on some 43mm forks,
Add new plastic, change the rear wheel, and slop a little paint around, and Viola! Instant Evo champion!
Here it is wearing it's numbers and tank graphics!!!
Still alot of little things like chain, sprockets, misc. bolts and fittings, but it's now operational, and it's been a long time coming.
