A Trip to Bend, Oregon
This last April, Andrea, the kids and I travelled down to Bend, Oregon, to buy a new motorcycle.
I had sold three other motorcycles, my 2004 Yamaha Roadstar Warrior, my 1990 Honda CR500R, and my 1987 Honda XL600R in order to finance the purchase of one bike to replace them all. You can read more about the bike HERE.
Suffice to say, it was a long drive, even though we stopped at a motel, and split the trip into two days, it was still a long haul.
We did see some wonderful scenery. I have only been to Eastern Oregon a few times, and was under the impression it was mostly scrub and waste. The area around Bend was beautiful. Here are some of the highlights.
