Another great recipe


Bea J.'s Chocolate Cream Icing
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
*   Combine these ingredients in a bowl but do not whip them. Refrigerate for 2 1/2 hours before using to ice a cake.
