| Bea J.'s Chocolate Cream Icing |
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
* Combine these ingredients in a bowl but do not whip them. Refrigerate for 2 1/2 hours before using to ice a cake. |
