Blueberry Coffee Cake |

| Preparation: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream thoroughly the butter, sugar, and egg before adding the ilk. Sift the dry ingredients before adding to the batter and then mix in the blueberries. (Note: if using frozen berries, remember to thaw first and strain the liquid, or, if using canned berries, remember to drain the liquid first.) Crumble the topping ingredients together before sprinkling over the batter. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees and serve warm. Great with ice cream too! |
