Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
    Melt the chocolate and butter with the water in a double boiler. Add the sugar and salt. Then add the vanilla and blend well. Yields about 1 cup.
