Coco Choc Mini Cakes

Ingredients:
  • 2 squares baking chocolate
  • 1 1/2 c. condensed milk
  • 1/2 pound coconut (4 cups)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation:
    Melt the chocolate before adding the condensed milk. Add enough shredded coconut to mold shapes. Add the baking powder. Mix. Spoon rounded shapes onto a buttered sheet pan. Bake in a slow oven (325 degrees) for about 10-15 minutes or until firm. Makes about 3 dozen dessert treats.
