Another great recipe


Every Apple Tea Cake
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups diced ripe apples
  • 2 cups unsifted flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation:

  Combine the ingredients and mix them well. Bake for an hour in a sheet cake pan (set baking temperature to 350 degrees). You can also bake the batter in muffin tins. Do not open the oven door while baking this treat (a burst of cooler air may cause the cake to fall or sink in the middle).
