Another great recipe


Nutty Brown Brownies

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 c. butter (or margarine)
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. cake flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation:

  Melt butter and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased 8 by 8 pan. Bake for about 25 minutes in a 350° oven. Cut into squares or bars. Yield: 16.
