Another great recipe


Orange Fluff Frosting

  1. In the top half of a double boiler mix together:
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 cup sugar
  2. Stir into this mixture about 1/3 - 1/2 cup orange juice. Cook over hot water (in the bottom half of the double boiler). Cook for about 15 minutes and then allow to cool.
  3. Fold in 1 cup cream, 1 tbsp. orange rind, and a handful of toasted or blanched almonds (or substitute with 1/2 cup of shredded cocoanut).

    This tastes great on most cakes other than chocolate. For one thing: angel food cake with orange frosting is a favorite with kids! Keep refrigerated.
