Another great recipe


Raisin Rice Pudding
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 1/4 evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    Combine the ingredients in a pan. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool before pouring into individual serving dishes and allowing to chill in a refrigerator. Serve with milk or whipped cream.
    Yield is 4 or 5 servings.
