Another great recipe


Tania's Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 cups rolled oats
Plan:

    Mix the ingredients in the order given. Shape into small balls. Place on a baking sheet (do not flatten). Bake for about 15 minutes in a moderate oven or until slightly golden brown on tops.
