Small, hand-made clutch purses in woven cloth, with silk lining

Only one of the purses pictured is currently available. It is a small cloth clutch purse hand-made in the 1950's. An interior stitched-in tag reads "Hand Woven By Lillian F. Carr 1954". It is in a cotton blend in stripes of light blue, medium blue, medium green, dark green, black, and gold threads. It closes with a fold-over flap and a simple cotton loop over a glass button and is carried by a gold looped cord. The interior of the purse is a golden-hued satin or sateen fabric which may be closed with a zipper (in green).
Sizing: about 7-inches wide by 6 1/4-inches long or 8-inches long with the flap open. The zipper still works well. There is some minor wear evident at the closing loop.
Ideal for an evening event where a "little black dress" or the equivalent is expected. A very neat and pretty item.
