Perfume Bottles, featuring one in the Shape of a Pear
| Two glass perfume holders. One is in the shape of a pear, with the stem as the bottle stopper. It is about 3-inches high including the stem and about 1 5/8-inches at widest point. There is a sticker on the side towards the bottom; the sticker depicts a crown and reads "Kosta" followed by "SWEDEN". The other bottle is larger, about 5-inches high with stopper in place and about 3 1/8-inches at widest point. The diameter of the stopper top is about 2 1/2-inches; the top is hexagonal in shape and facetted to catch the light. The bottle's bottom diameter is about 2-inches and is facetted also in an hexagonal pattern. Capacity: the pear bottle holds about a teaspoon of liquid and the larger bottle holds about 1/3 cup of liquid. Both are now empty of perfume or cologne. These are beautiful pieces whether collected for display purposes or for actual use to contain scented liquids. Look how they sparkle in the light! |
