• The Sacral Chakra holds the needs of sexuality, self-esteem as personal power, and power in the world.
• This center accesses the lowest level of the emotional body, and houses one's unhealed inner child. Images of both this life and past life traumas are stored here, and the ability to let go of old emotions is based at this chakra.
• When this center is blocked, social interactions are difficult. When it is too active, sexual needs predominate. Orange stones heal and balance the Sacral Center.
