The Goblin King is one of the nastier proning monsters you will face in Aleria, but his cohorts are rather tame. His axe is part of the Duke's Quest. Defeat the Goblin King and take his axe to King Borav. The King will grant you a prize to seal the alliance with Lady Ela to defeat the Seldari Queen.
